PowerMark was formed to fulfil what we perceive as a missing niche in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) market. Existing parts of the market are:
•    Vendors of ECM solutions
•    Vendors of third-party solutions which complement ECM vendor   solutions
•    Consultants, and service providers who provide services such as training and information management
•    Systems integrators
•    Clients who want effective knowledge and information management systems

The missing niche are distributors and resellers of a range of third party solutions and services, which together with an ECM add up to a complete information, knowledge and process management solution. The majority of solutions revolve around SharePoint, however most have equal application with other ECM from vendors such as Oracle, OpenText and IBM, through to open source solutions such as Drupal and SilverStripe.

In addition, many organisations are unaware of third party solutions which can provide substantial bottom-line value, through automating business processes, classifying / finding content and knowledge, or improving compliance.

PowerMark fills this niche through:
•    Representing a range of third-party solutions and service providers
•    Keeping close contact with key ECM vendors and their channel partners
•    Providing a strong vision about the value and management of business processes based on ECM technologies
•    Helping third-party vendors with local representation in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region
